Order Processing Time Orders are processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Delays may occur during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates and Estimates Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times will also be provided at checkout.

Delivery Timeframe Delivery times vary depending on location. Standard delivery within Pakistan typically takes 8-10 business days. For remote areas, delivery may take longer. International shipping times depend on the destination country and shipping service.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use this to monitor your shipment’s status.

Delivery Address Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Address changes are not permitted once the order is shipped.

Missed Deliveries If delivery is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours at info@elferic.com with your order number and evidence (e.g., photos). We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Undeliverable Packages Packages deemed undeliverable due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or other reasons will be returned to us. We will contact you for further instructions. Additional fees may apply for reshipment.

International Shipping For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing.

Delays While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier issues). We appreciate your patience in such cases.
