Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, and our Exchange Policy will apply.

Refunds for Canceled Orders Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Changes to Your Order If you wish to make changes to your order (e.g., update delivery address, modify items), contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed for shipping, changes cannot be accommodated.
